Unfortunately Robert B you are not being truthful. You were advised by Brian in front of a third party NOT to sod due to too shady of an environment as it was not suitable for sod survival. You wanted it to look good because you are/were selling the house. Knowing it would not survive pictures were taken of your green yard ,as well as, you paid us in full. If you were not happy surely we would not have been paid. In addition, we sent out our field supervisor not once, not twice, but three times and he took photos every time. You moved out of the home and no one was around to monitor maintenance which is beyond our control and we were/are not responsible for aftercare and maintenance. We go above and beyond for our customers and provide not only selling of goods but we educate our customers as well. Again, aftercare or maintenance is not part of our company yet we pass out guidelines for aftercare since we go above and beyond. We wish you well.
