They closed in December 2015 and filed bankruptcy according to the leasing office. I went to the address where they were located because no one was answering any of the phone numbers or emails. You can look up lawsuits made against them due to misrepresentation and false information they promised and taking money.

This place is a joke. I can not get ahold of anyone and they will not call me back. They was paid over a year ago and they still have not taken care of my loans. If they don't contact me soon, I will be taking them to small claims court. Do not use this company unless you have extra money to throw away. Might as well just burn what your going to pay them.

I am completely and overwhelmingly dissatisfied with this company!!! They promised to help me, were pleasant in getting me to join their program and now they don't even have the decency to answer the countless times I have called and left a message or emails. They took $1000 dollars from me and promised me after my final payment it would be forgiven. I am now receiving garnishment notices and am being hounded by my student loan provider. They PROMISED money back guarantee and to help and they DID NOT! They have put me in a financial bind where I have NO money even though I work two jobs and can't make ends met. This company is completely and disgustingly HORRIBLE for promising clients something they are NOT going to actually do! Thanks for nothing! Thanks for never calling me back, for never answering the phone, and never responding to my emails! You have been a great help! THANKS FOR RUINING ME AND TAKING MY MONEY FOR NOTHING! I GUESS YOU NEEDED IT MORE THAN I OBVIOUSLY DID!

For those who say that it worked for them give me a contact email or phone number or extension. Because they took close to 1000.00 as a single mom. Once my fed loan was declined they won't respond to me... I will be contacting the right people to get my refund. And do what I need to. My friend told me it worked for her sister with this company. But clearly if they push the process through when it wasn't ready, knowing I would be declined, they stopped talking and responding to me.

Do NOT USE THIS PLACE. Every time I call I continue to get a message asking me to leave my name and phone number. I called to change my payment date for my deductions. I have probably called 5 or 6 times but left 2 messages.

I wanted to make my November payment on 12/10 as well as my December payment on the same day. Instead of taking out the payment on 12/10 it was taken our on 12/1. My account has now over drafted more then 400 dollars with the included fees from my bank. I am VERY upset about this, as now I will have fees associated with this.

I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. EVER THIS SEEMED FINE, NOW THIS.

big rip off they wanted 199 a month for 5 months than my loan would be 0 because I would be in pay as u earn. This is not possible because my loan is been in default for 7 yr I have to go to the collection agency which I did they have a rehabilitation program which I got in my payments are 15 a month for 9 months than I will no longer be in default and can work on pay as u earn. But only I can ger me out of default, they said pay them I would be out in 3-4 months big lie. Someone told me go to studentloans.gov which is what these people are doing and u can do it for free. Yes they help some people but on that site u will see that teacher and some other jobs get loan forgiveness and it show u how sign up for ibr and all for free it will tell u what is best for you

Hello Jimi, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate being informed of how our potential customers feel. Indeed you can absolutely complete your process on your own and for free; however, it is that option and the neglect of your lender to offer you programs that would better benefit that allowed you to fall into default. We apologize you are in such a predicament and are available to assist you. What we provide is a premium service that educates you on what you qualify for, provides expertise, and 100% money back guarantee should we be unable to get you what we promised; highly unlikely considering our 97% success rate. No rip off there! Your rehabilitation program for nine months gets you out of default and then places you in a Standard Repayment Program with payments that do not take into account income, family size, cost of living, etc. unless you apply for something else. We are able to relieve your default and enroll your loans into the Pay As You Earn Program (if you qualify) within 5 months- saves you time, hassle, money, and it is all guaranteed 100%. Luckily, our customers know the value of our work and we take pride in what we bring to the table. We are helping people save money on their student loans and do so with customer morale and satisfaction as our priority. Like filing your taxes, or repairing a car; you can do it yourself for free, but you seek the help of an expert who will get you the best benefit and guarantee their service. We respect your opinion, but thought we should shine light on who we are and what we really do seeing as you seemed misinformed. We wish you well.

They keep calling on 888-521-4388. I have requested to be removed from the list multiple times. I have even blocked the number on my phone. Now they are leaving voice mails. At lease my phone doesn't ring but now I get a voice mail chime so I think I have missed a call. 3 voice mails this week so far. I am on the National DNC list.

Hello Eric, thank you for your feedback. We apologize if we have contacted you and caused an inconvenience. We only reach out to those who request help with their student loans and/or information on student loan forgiveness. If you provide the number we are calling we can make certain you are no longer reached. Once again we apologize and look forward to resolving the matter. All the best.

I had everything set up to lower my loan to $20 per month for 240 months. I would have to first go through five months of paying $299. I was set to start those payments in June but something told me to check my loan servicer to see if I had loan forgiveness options and I did. So after speaking to my initial loan servicer they dropped my payments to $20 per month starting July with loan forgiveness. So I called Student aid center customer service right back (within two hours of completing everything) and cancelled. The guy I spoke to was very professional about it, explained to me what I was missing out on which is fine, and then cancelled everything with me and that was it.

Two days later the student aid center advisor who I initially spoke to called me to harass me about what opportunities I was leaving behind and tried to make me feel stupid for what I did. Once he saw that I wasn't budging, he told me my loan would go up coming January and then hung up the phone on me. So rude. Thank God I'm not doing business with them.

Thank you for your feedback Melissa. We sincerely apologize you had an unpleasant experience. That is not at all how we train nor expect our loan counselors to interact with our customers. We do know we have a dedicated team always striving to highlight the value we bring to the table and hate to see a client turn away from it. However, you are at liberty to cancel our services at anytime and we guarantee that. We have identified the representative who made you feel uneasy and the matter has been reported to the proper department to ensure it is corrected. We aim to educate, assist, benefit, and uplift our customers from an already burdensome situation with student loans. We apologize once again and wish you well with your student loans.

This business is the ultimate scam. They promised to wipe away my loan by getting me qualified for the obama loan forgiveness program due to my annual income. They called it the "zero dollar payment plan" and stated they could get my loan forgiven after 25 years. Supposedly my loan is in process for being consolidated but I have received a statement saying I have to pay $130 a month for 144 months. I have called several times and emailed them to cancel the authorization to charge my credit that they have already charged $400 and they told me they would flag my account and put me in collections. Which not only would ruin my credit but put me more in debt. They also made me sign paperwork for Limited Durable Power of Attorney yet there is no notary signature or proof the documentation is even legitimate. This company has been nothing but SCAM from day one due to being desperate for debt relief help and high pressured sales tactics.

Sally, thank you for your feedback. We apologize you received service that caused you to complain. We can assure you we are a legitimate business and take client's feedback and complaints seriously. We aim to conduct business with integrity with the main objective to save people money on their student loans. We process consolidations and loan forgiveness applications for clients and achieve enrollment into government-backed programs. These programs grant forgiveness after 10,20, and 25 years. We apologize you received correspondence that made you feel you were misled by us; that is never our intent. Please understand these programs are not openly offered to clients by their lender because it is a conflict of interest as they collect payment and profit off those payment or lack there of leading one into default and more debt. Several clients receive notices that give them payments different than what we qualified them for in an attempt to scare the client and/or thinking the client is unaware of the income driven program opportunities. Unfortunately, it is a part of the process, but we overcome that daily and get thousands enrolled in the forgiveness programs. We offer the service which delivers representation, man-power, knowledge and expertise, and more importantly, 100% guarantee to make sure clients save money and are not taken advantage of. We would love the opportunity to resolve the matter for you and complete the work or at least arrive at a mutual agreement with you. What they are offering can be done for free. All you have to do is go to your loan provider or go to studentloans.gov. It is all free. I showed interest in this site because I thought I would be able to start the process for loan forgiveness. I was told I could do an IBR which takes about 5 months and during that time I would pay them 299 a month. I declined. I am so angry right now because they are taking advantage of people are really concerned about their debt and are looking for help. Makes me sick. DO NOT PAY for something that you can do on your own with a little bit of reading and talking with your loan provider. Awful Awful Awful

claimed iconBusiness Response05/01/2015

Hello Mel, Thank you for your feedback. Indeed the process can be completed for free. However, ask yourself how many loan servicing companies actually openly offer these programs to individuals in need and in danger of defaulting? Not many. How many eligible people have been denied for these programs? Countless. We see cases like these and hundreds of others daily. Unfortunately, lenders will offer forbearance time to pose as help (which keeps the debt growing and they continue profiting off client’s payments or lack of payments once defaulted) instead of offering these programs. We aim to spread awareness on these government-backed programs that so many are unaware of. We are in the business of helping people save money on their student loans. We conduct business with character, morale, and always with the client’s best interest at heart. We deliver expertise and knowledge, man-power of over 260 employees, customer service available via phone as well as online, and 100% money-back guarantee. Of course just about any service can be completed on one’s own for free; however, quite similar to your taxes you seek the assistance of an expert to attain the most financial benefit. Even a restaurant, you can cook your own food at home, but you dine at restaurants for a more rewarding experience. Our clients have nothing to lose when comparing the small price they pay us for how much money we help them save on their loans- especially with the option to cancel their service if they are unhappy and receive a full refund. What are they losing? Again, we thank you for your feedback and wish you well.

DON'T DO IT!

This is a waste of money and time. They claim to help forgive loans and help consolidate your loans. They charged me $800 to give my loans to another company. I could have called that company and switched for free on my own. I tried to cancel halfway through because I knew what was happening and they lied and manipulated me to think that $ was going towards my loan (but it wasn't). Save your money and your time and DON'T CALL THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

claimed iconBusiness Response05/07/2015

Rebecca, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize you received service that prompted you to complain. We can assure you we are in the business of helping people save money on their student loan debt NOT scamming people. We have successfully completed the processing and enrollment for over 12K clients into government programs that numerous lenders fail to offer borrowers. Some have received forgiveness right up front while others have been in enrolled in programs and making minimum payments that will grant forgiveness over time. We answer each and every complaint and refund everyone who requests their money back. A scam would not have the decency to respond let alone refund monies for services rendered. Indeed, anyone can complete the process on his/her own free of charge just like your taxes, but the service and guarantee of an expert ensures you'll receive the best financial benefit. We apologize if you felt misinformed, but we let all of our clients know both via phone and through written contract, that all clients electronically sign, that we are a private company- not a part of the government and the payments made to us are not applied to the client's student loans. We see it as a worthy small fee in comparison to the amount of money we help you save on your student loans. Again, we thank you for your feedback we will use it to continue to improve and grow as a company. We wish you well.

The only people who are saying this is a scam are people who didn't understand what was supposed to happen. This is not an organization that offers to put your loans in forebearance, they facilitate income-based payments and debt forgiveness. They DO happen to put your loans in forebearance while your application is processed, but that is not the primary function of the organization.

Look them up on the Better Business Bureau for more information, where they ARE recognized as a legitimate business. http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/data-processing-service/student-aid-center-in-miami-fl-90084328

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

This company is taking advantage of people who are obviously already struggling. They charge $600 to do something that you can easily do yourself for free. All you have to do is get on your lenders website & fill out the forgiveness app. Also, if you sign up with this company & then try to cancel, they will continue to take your money!
