Where I m leaving is a private association,but anyway I don't think the monthly payment is right,but my biggest problem is I m on my second month,I don't have my mail box kek.I went to the lady who is in charge every day she's says something different.strange...

Now we are in good hands, The New Management is awesome, they are helpful, and professional; I think this is the best decision that the new board finally have made, go ahead and think positive.

This Association has previously been taken advantage of. However, there is a very bright light at the end of the tunnel. Trusted Property Management and the Board of of Directors are very diligent and transparent with the running of the Association.



Star Lakes did inherit a lot of problems, but the new management and board has been working extraneously hard to correct this and is very proactive at accomplishing all repairs as they come up.



The person writing the comment in 2011 was right: "the association need[ed] a strong board of directors, an accountable and transparent management company to fix the ineptitude of the few who know nothing". WE NOW HAVE ALL THAT & EVERYTHING IN THE OFFICE IS TRANSPARENT!!!!!

Star Lakes Estate is a 55+ condominium of 386 units with a yearly revenue/income of over 11/2 million dollars. The Board of Directors first meeting was held on February 16 1967; that will tell the years of the building (nearly 50 years). Due to the Boards' mismanagement over the years, much of the common element areas need major repairs to bring the association to par. Furthermore, the association needs a strong board of directors, an accountable and transparent management company to fix the ineptitude of the few who know nothing even about managing their home. We continue to live in hope.
