Very skeptical about the whole "Rush" thing but I will happily admit that I was 100% wrong. Within hours of speaking with RUSH they were filing papers and making visits. No, seriously, within hours, not days. Managing a property from out of state prevents me from being able to deal with most things in person and when I had some tenants who needed to go, I found RUSH from an internet search and decided to give them a chance. That turned out to be a great decision. Things were done exactly as they advertised and, more impressively, exactly as promised after speaking with Raul Z. Highly recommended.

Wow!!if you really need an eviction or guidance this is the guy to go with.. Raul is the owner of the company and he is hands on with all his clients.. He knows the business very well and makes you feel comfortable.. Landlords need more people like this.. Great company to deal with for Evictions.. I Guarantee you will be Satisfied!!

I had a complex problem with tenants. I heard about Raul and he gave me same day postings on all necessary papers and has greatly simplified matters. Of all the times I've called him, he has picked up the phone every time (no "leave a message and we"ll get back to you" here. Raul is a high caliber professional.

I hired Raul because truly I had a tenant from HELL! I didn't know how to get rid of her because she was paying her rent but her complaints were unbearable. His advise on how to speak to her directed me in the right way to get her out in about 7 days! He was unbelievable and very professional!! I did not have to go through the eviction process. We were able to get her out before it began! He also had a lot of knowledge on what the law requires. I recommend Raul Zayas very highly!

The company's name could not be more on point! Rush evictions is done the same day. They are not only reaourceful but solved my problem. Have also used them for process serving , highly recommend Raul and his team !

Raul and his team did exactly what they advertise. They helped an out of state landlord get their tenant to pay her rent. Raul is easy to deal with, extremely personable and an all around good person. I whole heartily recommend him and hopefully will not have to use him again, but will not hesitate to call him if we need him!
