Miguel and Alain rerouted plumbing via attic after a hot water leak under the foundation slab. The quote was excellent, the work done was done efficiently and well. They found good solutions to all problems found when the plumbing was exposed. They were friendly, on-time and ready to answer all questions in a helpful way.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, and, after trying EVERY online "hack" (boiling water, salt, vinegar, baking soda, open P-trap + wire hanger, Dran-O, etc.) to try and solve it ourselves, we opted to call Roto Rooter (after having no such luck).

We have used Roto Rooter many (3-4x) times, and they always get the job done and never disappoint. I will admit, they are a little more expensive than calling your local Plumber, but, we like working with them because they are a reputable company with trained professionals who guarantee their work. About 5 years ago, we used them for our bathroom; we ended up having to call them to come back out, and without hesitation, they came back to fix the issue for good at no additional cost.

We called yesterday (Friday) around 4:30pm and we were issued a service window of 8am - 12pm on the next day (Saturday). This morning (Saturday), we received a call at 7:30am from a friendly dispatcher stating that our technician would be arriving after 8:00am. Juan G., our tech, arrived at 8:30am. He was very nice, pleasant and had an extremely professional demeanor (he was actually also very funny and had both my husband and I laughing.) He got the job done in no time-- we were so happy.

We so often take things like running water and working pipes for granted, and, when hiccups like this pop up, it really puts a damper on the day. It's always great when things are back up and running -- thanks to JUAN G. (Tech #814) at Roto Rooter for saving the day!

About a week after moving into a new place with lots of remodeling, the shower drains and toilet backed up. I couldn't go long without being able to use the shower or toilet so I scheduled Roto-Rooter online. It was an easy process and someone was there the next morning as per my request. It was a bit of a messy job but all was taken care of within an hour or so. Hugo Delgado (#3570) was my technician. I was very happy with his service. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for the overall rating only because I feel like the price was too high. I needed to get it done so I paid it. Sometimes you've got to pay more for immediate service.

Called Roto-Rooter for an estimate and they set up an appointment. Technician Mr. Hugo Delgado was dispatched, and he arrived ON TIME!!! Did the estimate and set up another appointment to pass the camera on the pipes. On the second appointment, he came ON TIME again!!! Explained the problem and solution, and we agreed on the project to be performed. Again we set up the date and time for this huge project of breaking the floor and replacing the old pipes with PVC. This third time, again he was ON TIME, which shows great responsibility and courtesy. This time he came with another Technician, Mr. Luis Damian. They explained the procedures on the project, which they completed in a timely manner and when finished left everything clean and tidy! I would recommend them 100% !!!
They provided EXCELLENT service and Roto-Rooter is very LUCKY to have these two gentlemen work for them!!!

Had a great experience. Juan Garcia (tech# 814) was our technician and he was great! Very helpful, understanding, and had a great attitude about everything. He put our mind at ease with the huge problem we had in our house. I would call again and if I could get him as our technician again, I would. The company was also very helpful and great in communicating with us on updates. Great job!!

Within time frame, received call 30 minutes ahead of arrival, and Luis was polite, explained the work including estimate, went about his work quietly. Everything was cleaned up afterward. Excellent service!

I called on a Monday morning after the landlady from the unit below me called to say her tenant had water leaking into her bathroom. When I called around 10:30 a.m.I was told that they would place my call as an emergency call. They said they could arrive between 11 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. At 1:30, I called to check the status of the call. I was told that the plumber that had experience in the issue I was having was at another job and would come to my condo as soon as he was done. The lady was not very nice. I had to explain to her that the tenant had to be at work at a certain time and we would not have access to her unit once she left. I was literally told, "I don't know what to tell you, he has to finish his other job." Luckily, the plumber Rafael #3619, did make it before 3:00 p.m. The tenant was still home and we were able to resolve the issue, quickly. I did have to pay for the assessment $271.00. Which is not a bad price. I called other plumbers in my area and the average cost to come out was about $300 for an assessment. At the end of the day there was only a small, slow leak that could be fixed by my husband. Rafael was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and gave us tips on how to resolve the problem. In Miami I am very weary of plumbers that make up an imaginary problem and charge an arm and a leg to "fix" it. I am glad that it was nothing major, thank God!!! If I ever run into another plumbing issue I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again. You have experienced plumbers working for you. My experience was a good one! Thank you Rafael!

I had a hidden leak that nobody could find. I called Roto Rooter and 2 technicians came Joe #1667 and Miguel # 178. They found the leak with minimum damage to my walls and fixed it. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Good job! Thank you!

They were probably one of the most serious companies I've worked with. We called them to unclog our toilet and there was a little bit of damage done but they were very acomodating and replaced the toilet for us free of charge.

Trevor, the technician that we had was very professional, worked quickly and was friendly.

Issue: Downstairs toilet would overflow into the living room creating our own personalized Lake Okeechobee.



Resolution: Proper snaking and camera investigating revealed that construction work done by a company hired by AT&T damaged the piping connecting our home with the city's main pipe. The construction company miscalculated and bore a cable through the PVC pipe. The cable would act as a blockade for incoming toilet paper, causing it to accumulate and create a clog. Luckily, the snaking removed the clog; however, not until the PVC pipe is replaced and cable removed can we resume utilizing toilet paper. Take note that the remainder of the more than likely arduous work will be handled by "Roto-Rooter" and their professionals. Which leads me to the overview..

First-time using their services, the technician (Marlon T. #245) showed up during the window that was agreed on and promptly unclogged my bathtub in less than 30 minutes. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

This was my fourth time using Roto-Rooter. This job was for an emergency replacement of a kitchen faucet. I called for service late afternoon on a Friday and had a technician at my house several hours later. The dispatcher was timely in keeping me informed of the status of the next available plumber for my area. The technician, Miguel H. (178), was very polite and professional. He worked efficiently to get the job done as quickly as possible. Before leaving, he was very thorough in making sure his work area was clean and that we had no questions regarding the operation and maintenance of the new faucet. I recommend this technician and would use their service in the future.

Very punctual and professional. When I had a problem with my main drain a friend recommended them. When the problem is serious you want someone who will definitely take care of it. Resolved quickly, totally fixed, great work. I will be calling again if my plumbing goes wrong.

Roto-Rooter has come to my house several times, sometimes on an emergency basis, & has done great work. Most recently, 1 tech (Humberto) came out at around 10 pm to look at a leaking pipe, & the next day Aloys (technician 970) came out (assisted by Leo the 1st time, with some help from Francisco) & performed what turned out to be more-extensive-than expected repairs both inside the wall & outside the house (replacing a faulty shut-off valve). They did great work, it was a very fair price considering the extent of the work, & they stuck to their estimate even when the work turned out to be more involved than expected (which has been the case on at least 1 other occasion). They got my water turned back on by the end of that day, which was a great relief. The outdoor shut-off valve ended up with a lot of hidden problems that weren't visible until he opened up the old valve/pipe, & he & Leo spent a hot few hours making sure the water came on before dark. A week later, Aloys came back to do a quick, temporary fix of some very old, leaking fixtures in the shower/tub (which will allow me a bit of time to be able to pay for the bigger, long-term fix that is necessary), & he (once again) was here quickly, did an amazing job (again, at a very fair price -- he put in a lot of time & didn't charge much), was very personable/considerate. The fixtures are very old, with nothing replaced on them/in them (gaskets, seats, cartridges, stems, etc.) for at least the 14 years I've lived in the house. I was very happy he was able to provide the temporary fix until I can pay for, & allow time for, replacement of the faucets, diverter, etc. I've had great experiences with other techs, too -- off the top of my head, I can think of one's name (Marlon) who came out on an emergency basis & diagnosed what was causing a washing machine to back up into my kitchen sink, then spent several hours clearing out an old, narrow, hard-to-reach pipe with decades of hard-water buildup that was causing the problem. Plumbing emergencies can (obviously) be stressful & financial nightmares, and I've been very happy with Roto-Rooter. I recommend the company (and I highly recommend Aloys, Marlon, Leo, and although I had less experience with them, I also recommend Humberto & Francisco).

I Called Roto-Rooter out to repair a pipe on the side a house that was leaking badly. I scheduled it for the following day at a time agreed upon by both the tenant and Roto-Rotor. They were there on time, explained the problem to me over the phone, and gave me a price. They made the repairs that same day and the problem was corrected. My only complaint is that I asked the Roto-Rooter plumber to take before and after pictures and email them to me. He said he would email them as soon as he got to the office. The next day I hadn't received the pictures so I called the office and was told that he wasn't scheduled to back in the office until the following morning, and that the pictures would be downloaded and sent as soon as the plumber came in. I did get the pictures the next day. Thank you
