The female tech is horrible. She is a Cuban lady in her 40's who does not speak English. She is unprofessional and likes to text on her smartphone while she is attending to her patients. My disabled grandmother has visited this office twice and both times were unsatisfactory. The tech has a terrible attitude and is always in a hurry. She hurt her during my grandmother's last visit and did not apologize. She has no business working with people at all. I emailed Dr. Rossi and he did not care either. Two stars are for the receptionist who is very friendly. Zero stars for the tech who should be fired.
