This hotel ia one big joke. On their website they make it seem so great. They have a mainstance problem. My room door had a hole in it, one room did not have a t.v but came with t.v stand, shower curtain too short for shower, water was all on the floor. The dishes were nasty as if they did not wash them at all. Beds were not clean, my sisters and I got bit while we were sleeping. They did not even have a microwave in the room. WHAT HOTEL DOSENT HAVE A MICROWAVE! The jacuzzi didnt have water nor was it clean. The little water that was in there was green. The pool look like it was a sinkhole in it. Then we ate breakfeast all six of my family members for free but on our third day they wanted to charge us 12.99. But they told us it was continetal breakfast. Custmer service was awful. They breakfast tendents were very rude. House keeping was rude, and couldnt speak any english at all. I went to the gym and it the weight station was broke. It look like it been broke for a while. They only good thing was the loby looks nice , landscaping is ok, and computer room ok. One elevator was broke. This hotel is complete crap. I would rate this a -5, if your even considering this, run the other way.
