This Associaton is horrible. I have been living in my home for three years. In this time my husband's car has been towed from our own pkg space twice. the tow truck company was called by the security guards who are paid to protect our homes and community. No notice or warning was given before towing our vehicle. Our home is 3 bedrooms and we are given one space which is fine but it is not fine that your car gets towed if it is left in the same space over 48 hours. What if you are vacation? Where do they expect you to park? The car has paint drops all over it from when they were painting other bldgs in our complex (our is yet to be touched.) When i called to complain they said they can't do anything about it. They also paid a construction company that did not do a good job on our roofs and caused water damage to our daughter's room. The issue has been reoccuring since six months ago and has not been fixed to this date.

Very disappointing to have to go through this.

WORST STAFF EVER!!!! They seriously need to change their name to "Unprofessional & Unexperienced Management & Association Services" Their staff is trash, super rude, uncaring and un-compassionate for anyone's needs in the community. As a first time homebuyer in this community i am extremely disappointed that this is the staff that is in charge of our communities needs. Que porqueria! They are a joke.This one girl that sounds really young over the phone is incredibly rude, unprofessional and always sounds like she is upset because she is being interrupted by whoever is calling. She always tries to rush you off the phone and is unwilling to patiently sit there and answer any questions or concerns that you may have. This one time that i called she was being even more rude than usual and even though i am known to be a very social, kind and positive person to talk to, she seemed to suck away any and every positivity out of that conversation. In her huge rush to hang up the phone and go do whatever it was that she was doing (i'm willing to bet it was being on Facebook or painting her nails), she misinterpreted my question and started to be even more rude and i started being rude back and had to sit there and explain slowly as if talking to a 5 year old and use "simple" words until she finally understood me. What an idiot that girl was! And Claudia could care less if someone has an important time frame or concern. If the owner truly wants to keep their business they would fire and re-hire better people. I know for a fact that these other 5 star reviews are fake and i'm willing to put money that they themselves wrote it or asked a friend to write them! It is more than obvious that they are fake, which leads to believe that these idiots that work there must want to prove something to someone that isn't true. If i could put zero stars i would! If you are thinking about buying a house or renting in the community that these people are in charge of look the other way because they are truly HORRIBLE!

We finally found a company that really cares about our Community, by turning our liabilities to assets in just 3 months with out any extraordinary measurement, JUST by doing their job and a little bit of care...

Good job!!!

Very PROFESSIONAL Company, the been very helpfull to by association, they lower our maintenace fees closely to 25% to fixed our roof before raining season. We have change 4 times management companies in the past 3 years due to lack of services, But PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT & ASSOCIATION SERVICES have been a blessing to our community.
