Parkway Elementary School is part of the Miami-Dade School District. It serves more than 600 children in grades prekindergarten through grade five. The school was established in 1958. Over the years, several construction projects have been completed to address the expanding needs of the school. Six additional classrooms were constructed and four portable classrooms were also added to the school facility. The school also offers a media center and a cafeteria.
