This place is great. Came and did all my Mother's Day shopping and the girls there made it so easy. It was very busy as expected, but I was shocked that I only had to wait 15 minutes and when I finally was helped, the girl who helped me was so kind and suggested great gifts! Just wanted to say thanks, I will definitely buy all my Pandora items from this store for now on.

I bought a cool bead for my wife there just in time for mothers day. I LITERALLY walked in 10 minutes before closing, i thought i was a dead man, but one of the employees re-arranged the bracelet and added the bead. She saved my life! Even taught me how to open the darn thing. Thumbs up!

The mall it self is a beauty and the Pandora store is just as beautiful. I was very indecisive as to what themed bracelet i was going to start and the young girl that helped me was very helpful and spent an hour with me. Now i am 4 bracelets deep! Had a wonderful experience and every time i go its like a get away, almost like chatting at the beauty salon or gossiping with a friend. <3

All the girls at the Falls store are very sweet and always willing to go out of their way to help. I will definitely be back!
