In brief : liars over the phone, and no customer service to take care of their mistake, and sending us to collection agency. My son needed surgery. Before the operation, we requested a quote to know the price. They gave us the quote for the doctor, and were not able to tell us if there was an extra fee with the hospital. After 3 calls, the day before, somebody over the phone told us there was no fee for hospital. We received $1000 bill a month after of extra invoice. Since then , called them, sent a certified letter, recalled. Nothing happened after 5 months. They want to send us to Collection Agency now. This is the only facility not able to deal with a customer, use their phone and deal with it. They promised 3 times already to call us back.

Nice people but it takes 4 hours to see a doctor in ER.
They need to correct it.

My y little son has fever.

I took him to the doctor,

A common cold he said,

Aspirin and rest, is all he needs,

Fine for me, I replied to him,

Lets go home my precious man.



Peaceful summer afternoon,

My son is sleeping, he still sick,

I am seating, right in front of him,

Watching his respiration and thinking

One day he is going to be a great man

A very, very, great man.



Suddenly my son's eyes are open

with a terrible expression in his face,

his head shaking to one side and the other,

his pulse is not responding, his body is all tense

Answer me! For God sake, Please answer me!

I started screaming and running

My son is dying now



Hurry, hurry, calling 911!

My son has a convulsion, he is dying.

911 arrived immediately,

Here we are hospital,

My son has meningitis



My son almost died

In a summer afternoon

Thank God, I was watching him at the time

Sitting right in front of him,

Thank God for the vaccine,

Thank God for the person that invented it

and for the hospital and the staff that help me.
