New Era is THE BEST!!! I saw an immediate improvement after the first treatment, and the prices are affordable. The best part is that its all natural so there are no harmful pesticides in your home and bonus: no awful smell. Monty is a pleasure. Very honest and knowledgeable. Clearly an expert in the field. He goes through every step with you and explains the entire process and the best method of treatment. I have no complaints and would suggest New Era Pest Control over any other company hands down!! I love the fact that they offer natural pest control. I have 2 kids and a dog and I feel very comfortable when they service my home. No worries about toxicity. I also really like the fact that Monty explains the entire process. What type of pest and what the game plan is to remove that pest. They even give us a complete analysis sheet of our home and issues that could be fixed to help our situation. Very Professional!

Had set-up two appointments and both were no-shows. They apparently cancelled without any communication whatsoever. Completely lack of professionalism, especially if you're in a dire bug situation. Would not recommend them for any friend or family member to use

There are not many natural pest control companies out there. It is very important to my wife and myself, as we have a 2 year old and 2 cats. We want to make sure they are safe from pesticides. New Era did a great job and we are now on their maintenance program.

I was so pleased with the level of service, Monty was very friendly, and informative. He came to my home as quickly as possible to help me get my pest problem under control. The fact that he uses non-toxic pesticides is a huge plus since I have a 3 yr. old and a new puppy. Monty has a great product backed by great service what more could anyone ask for.

I live in SouthDade & wanted to use a "local" company to rid my home of marauding pharoah ants. I am allergic to petrochemical residues & New Era was recommended due to their all natural pest control system. The salesman came on time & took the time to explain that these ants enter homes due to the availability of water. I was impressed by his ability to rattle off many facts about these wee beasties! There were no more living ants within 24 hours of treatment, I didn't have to worry about an asthma attack, or any ill effects due to harmful pesticides. I highly recommend this company!
