I have to warn other consumers about these people. I hope my experience helps others not go through what happened to me. Avoid miracle laser!!!!



Please save yourself, your body and your money!!!!



Go somewhere else. These people are incompetent and clueless about customer service. Laser caused damage. The worst of it is that these people couldn't care less. Absolutely Horrible customer service!!!! Nightmare experience. These folks don't care at all about their customers or any consequence their mistakes may cause.



There are so many other great medispa places in Miami. Do yourself and your body a favor go somewhere else!!!!Bottom line when you are going to a medispa or medical procedure it is vital that you feel secure the place has your back and if a mistake is made the place with own up to it and help you reach a resolution. This placed failed miserably on all accounts.



Please people think about it. Better to be safe than sorry.
