If we could rate this property manager 0 stars we would. They have the worst customer service, everyone in there has a horrible attitude and could care less about actually helping people. The association application process is excruciatingly long and made way harder than it needs to be , and the woman who "helps with this process , Sasha, is rude and again has no desire to help. Some people should not work in customer service and she is definitely one of them. "No" is the only word in her vocabulary. Even when we asked to speak to someone who could actually help us in some way, she got on the phone with them in front of us and basically told the lady in her own words that she can't help us with anything and there's no point in her seeing us, RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. Anyways, I hate putting people's names out there but today was absolutely outrageous.

This is by far the best case of INCOMPETANCE i have ever experienced,,it seems they hired people that got fired everywhere else...1 star is way too much for this rating

Worst management company I have ever come across. If you ever have the misfortune of working with the lady in charge of Viewpointe apartments it us a living nightmare. They do not check emails. They will not contact you in a timely manner to allow you to find the pertinent informatio. They have had our paperwork for three weeks and contacted us the night before to say we were missing an inspection.

So far they have not so great service . I halve asked a few times to be put on the community emailing list and they have yet to do so. I have to resort to my neighbor for updates . The landscape and lawn company they use have damaged my front lawn. They have bad organizational skills with our clubhouse , with no security guard at the entrance yet and the clubhouse being open. We have outsiders coming in being dropped off by parents and being picked up later as if this was a public pool. This is a private community . They should put the guard once the club house opened . Horrible Customer Service

This has to be the worst property manager ever. I called 5 times and was sent to voicemail each time. They never called back. I drove to their office and the account manager for our asociation was on vacation and noone could help. The worst thing is their office is far south next to Kendall-Tamiami airport. Horribles ervice
