- [ ] Estefanía is an jewelry-like asset to this store and brand. Let me start off by saying the boutique has a very warm & elegant interior design. This by itself already is a selling point. I did not have an appointment setup and was flexibly accommodated by Estafanía. She is very sweet and kind and knew the watches inside out. I was trying to get my father a gift and she listened carefully to my request and probing questions to try to make it happen. Definitely not asking those questions for formality. I got to learn more about the brand better and received in my opinion a VIP treatment despite being a completely new customer in this store. Estefanía’s constant follow up is also helpful and even though she has a huge client base, Estefanía definitely still welcome new clients, just like we have a relationship for long already. I also shop at Hermes for almost 15 years already and can say the rapport that I have with my Hermes ambassador is as delightful as with Estefanía. Just go look for her and be nice to her, she’s so kind so I would ask people to be the same to her too. Cheers and looking forward to continuing the relationship!
