Mrs. Rodriguez loves her job and has the skills to explain every single detail with knowledge. I felt like I know her for years! She made my dream came true!

This was a rolex experience unlike any other. As a world traveller, I’ve been to many boutiques across Asia, middle east, north america - if there’s one in the city I’m in, I’ll go. Trust me when I say this one’s different.

Gabriela is a god-send. She patiently walked my friend who’s new to the game through the different options and took her time explaining the pros and cons of each. Then, she was able to source my grail watch which I’ve spent the past 2 years looking for. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just a great person. I usually never write reviews, but this experience was so great I couldn’t not.

If you’re in the area and are a Rolex collector, you NEED to come meet the folks here.

Walking into another Rolex store on my journey of looking for my dream watch, I did not have too many expectations as I knew the chances would be slim to none in this market. I made an appointment with Gabriela on a Sunday morning and she was a dream to work with. Not only was I greeted with warm and kind hospitality, her knowledge of the brand and watches is unparalleled. When she brought out my dream watch, a coveted piece, I did not expect to have it anytime soon. To sit in the boutique, with someone as personable as Gabriela, spending the time to make this a memorable experience, I would not have been able to curate anything better than this. Gabriela has set the bar very high and defines the real Rolex experience!
