I have been trying to contact them for over a month, we have had numerous orders on our website, and it seems like fraud, all different people, different credit card, all shipping to this address, and you can never get a hold of somebody to confirm the orders.... fishy

You can NOT contact these people! It is the WORST company with the WORST customer service ever! Call and you are the 4th in line then 3rd, then 2nd, and when you are first they say leave a message but then they say that the person at the extension is not available and their voice mail is full and hang up! I called TWELVE times in a row and CAN NOT GET THROUGH! A package I mailed arrived at their center A MONTH AGO and has NOT been processed!!!!! I will NEVER do any kind of business with them again. You can NOT talk to anyone there! I would give them NO starts but it won't let me
