I purchased a 2016 Lexus IS for my daughter here on Tuesday. They provided excellent service. I am a happy customer.

Horrible. Rude and very unprofessional, Especially by the so called manager named Joe. He treated me like if I was an idiot . How is it they have such a rude person working there. I had been going there for years but never again will I step foot there. The only person that
I say was worth the trip there is no longer there . His name I believe was Frank. I don't recommend it. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude and unprofessional staff, especially a person named Rina Ramirez, who is ironically the person you experience when is time to make a new leasing decision.



Search different dealership options when leasing a Lexus vehicle, otherwise you will be remembering this post when encounter their customer service.
