It was great my nails came out amazing and the prices were fair, i dont know whythey get so much hate the place is great

This nail salon conducts unfair practices and preferential treatment towards patrons. On at least four occasions, I have called to make an appointment, arrived and waited for the individual being serviced to get finished, and then ANOTHER person enters and is given the seat. I'm then told to continue to wait as if my time isn't as valuable as theirs. No explanation is given and there's no concern for respect and courtesy towards me, as a long time patron. I will not continue to take my business to a place that makes it a habit of engaging in unethical practices.
