Latin Tour Dimensions was extremely helpful in planning and delivering our dream vacation to Brazil. There are a lot of logistics involved and it wasn't all perfect but very pleased with our experience and will use again.

These guys made a special effort to make sure my client was especially happy despite some travel delays. Thank you!

Thanks for your outstanding travel agency and tour guide service! We would like to let you know again that we were well taken care of in terms of wonderful sights you showed us in your lovely cities. Tours were well planned and with information that you provided along the tours made the sights even more interesting and beautiful. We'd also like to acknowledge your efforts in maintaining the tour schedules-you were always on time and truly dependable, especially when the pick-up and drop-off transfer was concerned to the hotels and airports. That really meant a lot to us . And finally. it was very thoughtful on your part to stay in line with us at check-in the airports-made us feel very secure since we did'nt know Portuguese or Spanish language.

Our trip to Rio was wonderful and our guides were good also. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The hotel breakfast buffet was super and delicious. The flight was a bit long we would have like a direct flight to Rio as we did on the way back. The first three days were wonderful and hot the last four days it rained. The people from Rio were very nice. The samba show was spectacular!!!

They said they were met and transferred very efficiently. Loved the trip to Nazca Lines. Loved Colca Canyon and the Colca Lodge and seeing the condors was amazing. She had high praise for their excellent young woman guide in Colca Canyon.

I just got a call from Peter and Alyssa. They said they they had a great time! They ranked it as one of the best trips they have ever taken!!! They loved the shaman, the horse farm, urabamba, macchu...He said that he can't wait to tell all of his colleagues about the trip. While friends & I were on a Galapagos tour In April 2009 booked by Latin Tour Dimensions, we each had to pay $100 out of pocket for an entrance fee that should have been covered according to the travel voucher we received. Since our return to the States, I have been repeatedly assured by Michael Steinberger that a refund would be forthcoming; however, I have yet to receive it. He informed me that checks "have been issued" on June 1, 2010 (nearly 14 months after the tour). We still have not received them as of July 2.



He is now ignoring my emails, which is completely unprofessional. I am frustrated and am hoping to prevent anyone reading this from sharing my frustrations. His "customer service" is completely non-existant.
