The worst customer service in a Puerto Rican restaurant in Miami, FL. you can find it in this restaurant, I order my food to go, first the manager takes the order wrong, she forgets to bring me 2 empanadas that i ordered, she charges me for everything else, she then tells me that she will place the order for the empanadas that she forgot, I waited 30 minutes for something so simple, after waiting that long she comes to me and asked me if I needed anything, I asked her for my empanadas and her response was that I didn't order anything. What kind of customer service is that????? I want to give them no stars at all because I believe that for me to wait a total of 50 minutes for a simple order one star is too much, now I have cold food in a bag and an incomplete order. With that manager that business won't last long.
