Worst experience of my life.

Two weeks have turned into 2 months. There paint jobs has problems sticking, and was flaking off before I accepted the car back.Made them paint it 3 times. The body work is horrible. Would never recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time and your car stay away from them.

I've also noticed the the people giving it 5 stars on google reviews are on there facebook page. As EMPLOYES of KENDALL COLLSION.

They even deceptive about there online reviews.

What a nightmare- avoid this shop!

I come from a family that has body repair background and the repair results from this facility are bad at best. They had my vehicle for slightly over 11 weeks and I'm very dissapointed with the outcome and here's why:

Their painting process and pre-painting prep yeild a substandard outcome. I found hair imbedded in an area they painted and there was only over-spray with a non-glossy finish on door recessed areas. There was over-spray on surfaces that are not normally painted, Black hoses in the engine compartment had over-spray along with the steering column in the passenger compartment. This happened because at one point they had the windsheild out and apparently did not protect the interior from shop painting areas. The interior was also incredibly dusty for the same reason - I spent hours cleaning up what their "detailing" should have done. Even a novice bodyman knows to tape off and protect areas from the dusty shop environment. Their QA must be substandard because none of this should be present on a vehicle going back to the customer. I also found where they left fasteners off of components that were removed and replaced, Some interior trim was just laid in place around the passenger kick panel. They broke off the retaining clips either during removal or re-install and just left it like that. Very low integrity in this shop and limited skills in my opinion. Many of these defects were not found until I has returned home and had time to give a really good inspection. Heck - even the windshield wipers were installed incorrectly as I found out during a rainstorm on my way home.

Unfortunately, my accident occured near Miami hundreds of miles away from my home and I could not perform adequate research - such as reading reviews like the one's contained here.

I thought that by choosing the recommended shop with the insurance after an accident would've been easier than finding my own. I was doing it through the other persons insurance because it. The damage was just the rear bumper and it wasn't major. You'd think even the worst shop would get it right. State Farm told me to just drop it off and they'd take care of the rest. It was around the holidays and I couldn't go on the day we set, but Kendall Collision said I could drop it off whenever. When I finally dropped it off, the customer service rep told me I needed to call the insurance to let them know the car was there. FIRST OF ALL, I'VE NEVER HAD TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM. This isn't my first accident. They were completely confused about the claim info too. Okay fine, so a week later they get their facts straight and start working on my car. By the third week, the insurance company is calling ME complaining to ME that my car has been in the shop more days than necessary for the job and they would only give me until that Thursday. I was furious, because obviously that's out of MY control. Also, as the insurance company recommending that shop, you should have a relation with them already and know how things work there. I finally got notice that my car was ready, which was another fight with the insurance because it was ready two days after it should've been done. Not my fault or problem, but it became that. I noticed the job was not done correctly. I took it back two weeks ago to see what they could do. I'm still waiting for a response. They are horrible at communication. Customer service is AWFUL. I always look up reviews and with this place I didn't because I figured the damage was simple to fix. Lesson learned.

DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I had to give the business a star rating, but really they get ZERO STARS because 1 would be too nice of me.

Despite what plenty of other comments say, I had an amazing experience at Kendall Collision. Lorena, Yuslaine, and Alfredo were nothing but helpful. They were very transparent about everything that was going on. They answered all of my questions and always had smiles on their faces. Thank you for helping me through this rough time Kendall Collision!

Been using this location for some time. Very detailed work and great service. Staff is polite and got follow ups on how everything was going. Was very happy with the outcome and highly recommend it.

I've had work done at Kendall Collision on three different vehicles over the years. Miami people please stop running into me at traffic lights, stop signs and in parking garages. Body work has always been done very well here and I recommend them highly. Most recent experience went smoothly and on time (was advised of one day delay due to a special part needed). I was kept fully up to date along the way about my car's progress. Thank You Kendall Collision, Henry Lischner and your excellent staff.

PS With regard to some of the negative reviews for this business, I'm sorry that some of you folks had poor experiences but I'd guess that this shop does 100-200 cars or more each month and, based on my experience, I'd expect that most folks had good experiences like me and 5 or 6 bad posts during a time where they probably serviced several thousand vehicles shouldn't stop anyone from considering using this business. They've always treated me well.

Worst experience I ever had. 32 days to do a job they quoted 8 days to do. Went 3 times because they said it was ready, but it wasn't. The first time, they put a dent on top of the car and buffed the paint in one spot down to bear metal and they didn't even notice. Talk about no quality conrol. In the end, I took it as is the overspray, missing clear bumper guard, and hatchback a bit crooked because I didn't want these incompetant fools touching it anymore. Time for small claims court!

This place is horrible. They don’t care about customers, lack of professionalism and low quality work. I took my car on July 7, 2014 because Lexus of US1…10775 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33156 sent me there. Kendall collision said that my car will be fixing in 10 days and they took almost 2 months for the repair. They lie to their customers and to do the things worse, they stained the roof or my car with black paint. They used my car as transportation because it had more miles and the leather seats were damage. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Be extremely careful if you have your car there and examine the car in detail before leaving the place. Horrible service and careless management.
