This place isn't for BLACK PEOPLE if you are black stay away. I feel ROBBED AND SCAMMED

I have never been so humiliated and mistreated in my life as today at the office!
Are they really Educational Consultants? Because they have no education at all!
I feel cheated and stolen from. I was being treated like a criminal. They threatened to call the police just for saying that I would not leave until I got my money back.

It's just terrrible! The staff is so impolite and disgusting! I came here because it was the only place I was aware of. Terrible!

What a disgusting place and management. Run from this place, go to NACES.COM and chose someone who has more dignity and more human than these animals that run this animal shelter. They will do anything and everything in their power to rip you off, first they make you sign papers that anything you pay them is non-refundable. They literally won't provide any services and you can't do anything because they got your signature on a paper saying that nothing is refundable. They think they are still in Cuba where they can do anything they want and no one can do anything, this is cancer to society that should be removed, they are not servicing community, they are ripping them off.

Worst service ever. They failed to mail the original documents and asked for extra money THREE TIMES to mail it. It was a blackmail. Horrible service. DO NOT USE!

I used them back in 2010 for my CPA exams. Very bad customer service and terrible internal policies (which they happily refer all the time). Please be aware that your evaluation expires in 3 years and if you want to obtain the copy of the work you already paid for after 3 years they won't have it. You will end up with paying full amount. Never recommend to anyone!
