April 28, 2012, AM Auto Brokerage was contracted to pick up my vehicle in Massachusetts to be delivered in Irving, Texas on May 2nd. The job was given to Isnel Auto Transport which is leased to AM Auto Brokerage.

On May 1st the truck was involved in an accident in Sulphur Springs, Texas which totaled my vehicle.

After the accident took place, AM Auto Brokerage, Inc lied to me and it was not until 4 days later I was told about the accident and where my car was being stored. Upon further investigation through the USDOT, I was informed that Isnel Transport DOT number was revoked last year and did not carry insurance. AM Brokerage is legally responsible for the coverage which they did not have on the truck.

AM Auto Brokerage or Isnel Auto Transport has made no attempt to resolve this issue or contacted me in anyway. PLEASE avoid this company. They are liars and crooks.
