I am not sure if this means anything. But never felt so belittled like this before from this company. Tried to exchange some products that did not hold up too well during transit to my floral show. I was told they have nothing else to sell me. Tried to solve the issue with her husband, he was unbelievable just out right unpleasant. His words "I don't have time to baby sit customers". Only because first he gave me one total, then came back with another price and when I asked he said, " I don't have time for this, so go find some place else." Being in business my self my recommendation customer service is the key. You may feel as though you don't need to have that because you're already established. But in the end it will all add up.
