I was looking for a resort comparable to a JW Marriott or Ritz Carlton- esque place close to South Beach. I found this fantastic resort and booked a 3 night stay. The resort (on a man made island) was really first class and the rooms only number 50, so it was serene. The resort was clean and bright, the meals were excellent, rooms were clean and spacious and mostly updated (with minor exceptions: old track light in the room and orange heat lamp in the bathrooom.) The staff was very courteous, helpful and attentive, unlike South Beach staffs. Pool was wonderful, plenty of chairs with a long water view of the bay looking out at the downtown skyline. Girlfriend enjoyed the spa (specials are available.) I shall return!

This hotel is wonderful they offer excellent service ,the staff is all very friendly and best of all its located on a private island the seclusion was a big sell for me
