My experience with Giant Motors was an extraordinary one. My vehicle was vandalized outside of the shop one night (I just coincidentally happened to park at a meter outside the bldg on Bay Road) with black paint being poured over the hood of my silver car. After filing a police report etc., I was able to get in contact with the owner, Richard, who graciously went back into his surveillance camera rolls to make sure the evidence would be available for myself and the MBPD. Not only were they fully cooperative with the investigation, they were extremely supportive and helpful with the auto damages. Because they were so helpful, I chose to give them the business despite it being quite a schlep for me (I live in Coral Gables) and I am glad that I did!! Originally, the estimate had been over 1k with the $500 deductible through insurance and the job itself was to take 4-5 days. I was very surprised when I got a call from Richard the next morning letting me know that they had been able to remove the paint using a thinner and that I only owed a fraction of the $500 deductible I was intending to pay. AMAZING. Any other auto shop would have taken the insurance money and used the thinner to remove the paint. Not only that, but they smoothed out a few bumps and ridges I had along my bumper...just because. I had my car back within 12 hours, waxed, buffered, cleaned inside and out, looking brand new. Again, my experience with Giant Motors was nothing short of extraordinary; the owner and his entire staff are truly remarkable people with an extraordinary show of honesty and integrity not very common in the industry. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and will definitely be using them again for any auto issue I ever experience. I'm a customer for life, its no wonder they have been in business for 60 years.

Allstate recommended Giant Motors as the one Pro Shop on Miami Beach, so I took my car there to see if they could do something with it after my accident, and what a lucky break that was for me!!!!!! Not only did they make it look brand new, but they even arranged for me to drive away in a rental car at a reduced price so that the whole incident was a no-brainer. Thank you to Richard and all the guys at Giant Motors..

I cannot say enough about Giant Motors Auto Body & Paint! I got into a big accident with my brand new car. I went to several places to get quotes and Giant Motors had the best price so I gave it a try. When I met Richard, the owner, I knew I would be in good hands. He was very knowledgeable about the business, trustworthy, and such a nice guy! The car looks like new again. It even came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would highly recommend Giant Motors.

Avoid these guys! I wish I had read the reviews before making the mistake of trusting them.



I had a tiny little scratch on my car. First they said $200, then billed me fore $645! They entrap you. First one guy gives you a low price, then his colleague jacks it up.



They broke the convertible top as well.

I just had my jaguar fixed at Giant Motors and could not be happier. I've known the owner Richard May for years. He's a nice honest guy with a great reputation so I thought I'd give Giant Motors a try. I don't think I'd ever go elsewhere. He and his manager were extremely professional, and kept me up-to-date with what was happening with my car. They also came highly recommended from my insurance company. Now that my son is driving, we're probably going to be very good customers.

I had such an incredible experience with Giant Motors. When I got in an accident, I asked several of my friends where I could take my car to. I wanted someone that I could trust and would do a great job. Three different people told me about Giant Motors so I knew that this is where I had to go. When I called and told the person on the phone about my accident, the first question was, "Are you okay?" I came right over, they wrote the estimate, and since they are a Preferred Shop for State Farm, they were able to get paid directly from State Farm. All I had to pay was my deductible. And the best part was that when I picked up my car, they washed not only the outside, but cleaned the inside as well, which was a real bonus! They also arranged for a rental car for me at a great rate. I would not hesitate to use them again. Oh yeh, several days after I picked my car up, I actually got a thank you note. Nice touch!
