I have NEVER dealt with such a nasty, unprofessional & rude staff as this company employs. Their so-called "manager" is a man that, not only does he speak VERY POOR English, he is oblivious to any laws that exist as to the times and ways that clients are to be contacted. On top of it all, they have NO records as to the conversations you have with them, so every single time they call, you have to go over all your info again! Needless to say, they are TERRIBLE and I do NOT recommend them in the least way possible. They only got 1 star because there was no way I could give them 5 NEGATIVE stars!!
