Terrible customer service, after spending hundreds of dollars in framing, I took back a piece that had started to develop waves just after a few months. They proceeded to tell that without the original receipt they could not honor reframing NOT even with the credit card receipt. If anything they would have to charge me for fixing the job that they had botched to begin with. Beware do not get rid of the pink slip they provide at time of pick up since no other receipt will do.
