i cannot give it a lower rating because the lowest i am able to click on is one star. the customer service here, without a doubt, is the worst i have ever encountered. while you are paying for the credit repair services, the service is outstanding. once you have paid off your debt, but the service is still pending, try getting a hold of the person in charge - impossible!!! it is very frustrating to get a run-around each and every time you call, being told that the person in charge is NEVER in the office. i hope the person who recommended this place to me was treated better than i have been.
