A month ago i placed an order for a fabric that apparently was out of stock and the owner never advised that the fabric was no longer available. He ordered something else and when i went to pick it up he tried to convince me this was the material i ordered. Thankfully i had a sample of the one i wanted and refused to take the fabric from the store.

The merchant called me to advise he had some samples of new fabric for me to pick from and asked me to come by the next day at the same time. I did give him a chance and went by the store just to find that he wasnt there and neither were the samples. I asked for a refund and his employee stated he did not know how to do that and only the owner, Mauricio, could do it. After many trips to the store i still did not get my refund and called AMEX to get it from there. A month passed just to find out that the merchant replied to Amex with a written letter saying the goods were delivered to me so Amex would not issue the credit.
Been trying to reach the merchant but he is such a coward that this is still the time he doesnt return my calls. Thank God American Express policy puts their clients first and my money will be returned.

BOTTOM LINE: I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN AND I ADVISE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME. This is no way of doing business.
