My overall experience with this company was excellent. I had never heard nor used this company before. I had initially inquired quotes from four (4) moving companies. Two of which never returned my call. Another company followed up days later and were really expensive. But Ian from Flat Rate was the only one who responded always in a prompted manner. He had a lot of patience with me making changes to the inventory list back and forth. Jose and Josue were our movers. They were professional, diligent, punctual and pleasant. They packed all of our furniture with such care! They delivered, assembled and installed everything in an amazing fashion. My biggest fear before the move was my china cabinet because it’s all glass. It was delivered, assembled intacted and in one piece. As soon as I saw how they cared and packed the moving items, it gave me piece of mind that everything was going to be smooth sailing. But biggest amazement with this company is the way they wrap and pack your moving items. I had never experienced that in the past with other moving companies. They normally charge extra for that. But I feel that Flat Rate cares about their customers by making sure their moving items don’t get scraped, chipped or damage. My furniture in the past have been moved bared without any protection because they would charge extra for that. I highly recommend them!
