Although affordable, this inspector missed several MAJOR and COSTLY defects in my home. I should have known when he completed my 4000 sq. ft. home in under 20 minutes that he was not thorough. My home had several notable and major electrical, roofing, and plumbing problems that were not noted in his report (i.e. checklist). To add insult to injury, he failed to respond to my numerous attempts to contact him after the fact. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra few dollars on quality service!
