with the exception of Julio, they are all scumbags including the owner. All they care about is their 15% tip. i mean what is it a 5 star restaurant? If we go there every week and we are usuals why do you treat us that way? they would hunt you down their parking lot for their money, literally.



so one time we went and we had left a $4 tip for a $30 total on our table-3heads. What else does he want?

he just served us beer.



the little bartender with the large amount of hair gel said a snike remark to me. he said "let's see if you guys left tip, or did you leave tip" what am i the leader of the group? he wanted to be smart, because the tip was there and i was smart and replied "you think you deserve it" a little harsh i know.

but come the next time we went, just a few days later, he confronts me immediately. he says to me "lets see if the owner likes what you told me, because that is not the way you treat us" so i'm there thinking well lets see if he would like what you said to me. So the owner older man, comes to my table and starts verbally insulting me. Stating to me "i aint running a sweat shop" and he got so mad, not sure why because i was really trying to defend my points, which he didnt take kindly or didnt take at all. He said "either get out or we will make you get out" in front of all there other patrons. So him and his bartnder were ready to brawl with me.



we left and vowed never to return to this company. they dont care about customer loyalty. all they care about is there money.



duffy's sucks, their employee system sucks. they treat you like crap. and the owner is probably working a sweat shop by the looks of it. it aint our fault they are not paying their staff enough.

Just terrible...what a shame. It used to be a cool place with hand-made burgers...now is just food fresh from the freezer to your plate. I think I got about 7 or 8 fries with the burger.And the service -- slow, unfriendly, just plain bad. And that's not the worst of it - the management is mean and abusive if you say anything bad about the place.Just a shame...
