Una Sra. de nombre Claudia, o no tiene idea de su trabajo o se estaba burlando de mi, me pidió la información de lo que necesitaba y me dijo que en 2 días me llamaba. No me llamó y me dice que porque no la llamé. Yo le di la información que mi médico me indicó, que ellos iban a mandar mi medida al optometrista, médicos que tienen muchos años de trabajar con ellos. Ella habla con la clínica oftalmológica y le dicen que ellos no mandan exámenes, sin embargo ella me dice que tengo que hablar con mi médico para que le envíen los exámenes. Resultado, tiempo perdido, salgo del país en 2 días sin ningún resultado. Hablo con un supervisor y me inculpa por decir lo que mi médico me indicó. Falta completa de profesionalismo.

Dr Sterns Visual Health center Location Miami Beach : Poor in lack of professionalism and care taken by the optical. 12/30/11 This morning, I received a call from the optical stating that my lenses were “lost” and that nothing could be done. I find this absolutely unacceptable.

Upon recommendation from my insurance carrier, I had my eyes examed and a prescription provided by the office. Following the exam and not finding frames at the location to my pleasing, I obtained another frame and took it in to the optical for the prescription to be filled. On November 29, 2011, I had the order filled with the optical manager, Barbara.



Although, I didn’t purchase the frames at the location, I expected the same treatment that any other client would receive. I find it incomprehensible and deplorable that my lenses have been lost. To make matters worse, no recourse has been provided by the optician who called. Looking for a solution, I asked for the name and phone number of the lab where glasses were sent and was told that that information was privileged and could not be divulged.



Thus, I ask to take into consideration my lack of confidence and satisfaction with this particular service. I entered into a simple agreement with the expectation that I would have my pair of prescription lenses returned to me. Yet, I have had the unfortunate experience of being told that my lenses have been lost. I urge for a logical expectation that, if in fact, the lenses were lost by the optical, an identical replacement or reimbursement for the cost be provided.

Horrible costumer service ! dont even go there never ever !!!!!
