Dimerc USA, Inc a successful freight transportation service, started operations in 1994 in Miami, Florida, USA. The company focused on the management of freight transportation from the USA to Latin America. Its founder, Lizette Diaz with 15 years of experience in the freight transport trade, decided to start her own company pursuing her vision to offer customized transportation services in which the client is really supported. From the start, Dimerc USA kept a small company profile, more interested in the development of its specialized freight transportation management through a close alliance of selected customers, rather than a full expansion into an open market. Dimerc Guatemala started in 2001 under its founder's supervision. Its primary objective was to ensure following up all ground, air, and ocean cargo moving from the USA to it's Guatemalan customers. Shortly thereafter, it became necessary to provide the customs clearance services and therefore to own freight trucking service in order to offer local deliveries. In 2005 all freight transportation services were merged and the company grew to offer services at a larger scale. We now offer a full range of freight transportation services to meet our client's individual needs. Whether you need cargo moved by air, ocean, and/or land, we ensure your cargo gets to you. Although we have increased our staff and operations, we are bound to keep the spirit of service that has gotten us to the present point. We use state-of-the-art technology and equipment to administer our freight transportation services alongside an accomplished staff trained to assist our customers at all times.
