Mi nombre es idania doucuriao , hoy estuve en esta clínica , es una falta de respeto hacia los pacientes, nos dan la cita y nos atienden a las tres horas después . Escuche varias personas quejándose de la espera , y tienen muy poco profesionalismo.

I had the same problem about a week ago, i called my insurance and just today i recieved my referal . like a friend told me they should know that when someone is sick the patient is the one suffering . They get sick too and should know better. that when someone is sick or in pain llike I am they want answers. No one when their sick or in pain have patience / why wait that long to get an answer jeez !! I had to wait 2 weeks as well to get an answer for the referal .

referral coordinator will not call you, you will need to fight with them and may be, your referral will be completed in couple of weeks. I am still waiting for it (2 weeks now).

This place is horrible. They lie, give everybody the appointment for the same time. And are extremely unconsidered of your time. Came in at 12:15 for a 1pm appointment. Well turns out 8 others had the same appointment. 4 were here before me even thought I arrived 45 minutes early. Didn't leave here until past 5. Don't come here.
