The worst experience I ever had. Very unprofessional. I booked a package with him and just before the party I called to confirm everything since he never communicate with his customers just to find out he did not have the two biggest items I reserved. He drop the items off the day before the party and did not tell anyone. All the food items (cotton candy, popcorn, and snow cone) were filthy. We were told they would come back the day of the party and set everything up and clean the items. No one showed up or even answer the phone so the bounce houses were not blown and no supplies for the three food machine's half way into my son party.All my guess were just sitting around Thanks to another company for coming out with blowers to blow up the inflatables. My husband had to drive to their office just to get them to come out two hours into the party to bring the supplies and even then the delivery guys had no idea how to use the machines so we had to figure it out on our own and also clean there equipment before we could do anything. I will never deal with this company again my son day was almost ruin. Worst experience of my life.
