These people are rude and unprofessional. They don't tell you they are going to hold your dog for 8 hours and they still night not get him done. This has happened several times to me. If you are a working person and you value your pet. STAY AWAY.

Owner is running a Doggy Factory without bothering to treat her clients with respect and courtesy. I was a 1st time customer and called the day before to verify if my dog could be seen within a 3 1/2hr block because I live in Broward and work in Miami; they told me they could. I arrived on time and the owner spoke to another employee as if I were not in the room, she yelled, "tell her she cannot do this every time she comes" while being able to tell me herself through the glass. I was then told to pick up the dog 1 hr before the agreed time and I told them that I would not be done with my client at that time and they said it was okay. When I arrived, the owner straight faced and annoyed said, you are gong to have to give me more time because he just peed all over my table and I have to bathe him all over again, and dry him, and he still needs his hair cut. My dog only pees on thing if you yell at him, so either she yelled at him or she lied and he didn't pee and he basically sat in a cage for 3 hrs and did nothing. I then had to take my client all the way to Kandal for his other therapy session, and come all the way back only to find his eyes dirty. I will say that the rest of his body was very nice. They are very cheap but I would rather pay more for better service. Sometimes recommendations are better not to be taken!
