My insurance company referred me to several in-network audiologists, and I chose this business on the basis of proximity and their initial responses to my inquiries by telephone. Once there I was attended in a most competent and timely manner. But, apart from Alejandro's (and his office staff's) very professional comportment, I was impressed with their efforts to work with the manufacturer and insurance company to match me with the best equipment at the best price. I highly recommend this business.
