I had a terrible experience. This store sells merchandise that they do not have in stock and they lie by saying that the watch will be shipped "in a few days". After paying $4720 for a new watch on October 16, 2009, I was promised on October 20 that the watch should arrive on October 22 (that did not happen; I was then promised on October 22 that the watch will be shipped in approximately 10 - 14 days; on November 4, I was finally told that I should receive the watch by November 10. On November 10, the watch was not received and I called back only to be told that I should have the watch by November 13... This store is not to be trusted, especially with a large purchase.
