Please don’t go here to rent your vehicle- These people have charged my card $1,173.35 for time that I did not have their vehicle, referred me elsewhere, and has since stopped taking my calls! I have been being looped by their customer service department for days, I have been given wrong information my the associates and even manager, one representative there Angie/Angelica had an altercation w/ me over the phone and I’m sure this was done on purpose- they told me the charges were from Roadside I later found out the charges were manual from them! If you are African American I highly advise you not do business with this center! I have felt discriminated against on multiple occasions- I’m bringing this to the public because no one is doing anything about it and they can’t keep getting away with this!
