The general manager came off as being a very pleasant person at first, he came to our home and answered all our questions even asked us to visit his show room. Once he explained our options we began receiving quotes and with any large purchase we had many question which he answered up to a point .



We are a young couple that just purchased our first home and wanted to make sure what we were purchasing. Like any average Joe we wanted the right impact windows for the right price with so many options out there I had no choice but to trust his judgment but, living in an association it is very difficult to narrow down exactly what we need to meet the associations requirements. He redid the quotes about 3 times and it just seemed as if he got tired of helping us by saying the following in an email



"With all due respect, I don't think we can continue to produce quotes for your project. We have reached to a point where we don't know what else to quote to please your requirements. I am respectfully dropping out of the bid for your project. I wish you luck with your project."



After receiving this email I was a little pissed off not once did he mention there was a limit on the amount of quotes I could receive, if I had known this I probably wouldn't have even started to waste my time with a company that is not willing to work with me, and this is from a company that claim they strives to be the best in customer service.



The last email I sent him was asking him if we could get bronze aluminum windows with low-e glass and it appears that is where he just gave up and didn't feel like helping us anymore. The only reason those quotes needed to be revised were due to the association and I thought he understood that but, it seems that I was just wasting his time. He has not responded to any email we have sent him since.



He would have had my business with that last question,that was pretty much what the association wanted and it was like trying to pull teeth to get that answer from them and then only to have Astor window slap me in the face with a I don't want you business anymore email (Man that really pissed me off). I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you walk through the front door knowing exactly what you want.
