I currently pay $350 per month and another $50 a month special assessment fee and the Association turns their back on you if you have a problem. I have a water leak coming from the main water pipes that run under my house. This leak has been going on for over a month and they have done nothing to help. I contact their property insurance company and filed a claim. They came out and acknowledged that it is the associations responsibility to fix the problem yet they have done nothing! As a result of their negligence my kitchen cabinets have been ruined and it looks like the drywall is starting to get mold. I am filing a report with the better business Bureau and will start seeking legal action.
