Service went beyond the call of duty. Armando installed final solution, working until 9 pm so I would have a working washer when house guests arrived the next day. Communication was excellent with calls from both their office and Armando advising of arrival times and the status of locating the right part.

Only for the GREAT the communication I would hire this company, They replied right after I emailed them on a Sunday! I later decided not to replace the ice maker of my old fridge , but only for their customer service I am going to keep this company in my files for future jobs, I had a very favorable impression.

arrived a little late but did a pretty quick repair. average price, looks like his services have improved from previous reviews. Pretty nice guy, he charges for the initial consultation but if you do the job with him he deduces it from the price overall.

Do not call this person. He has no real knowledge, he just guesses and will charge you for unnecessary work. I even think he damaged part of my fridge so he could "fix" more parts. Long story short, he has visited my fridge 3 times and he charged for every visit/part he put and my fridge is still in the same stage.

This guy deserves no stars! Do not use this guy! First he wanted to charge over 270 dollars more for a job plus 45 for the initial visit. We called another appliance guy and got the job done for 47.99! The most disturbing part was we caught him purposely damaging the dryer so we can call him back. He didn't give me a contract or wouldn't even give me an invoice! Luckily I was able to stop the check payment! Then after failing to get ahold of him he shows up at my door at 8PM and argues that "He made a mistake but still deserves the money for the initial visit!" I literally paid him to get out of my property! Trust me stay away from this guy!
