I would not recommend this denist (Louise Y. Pignatelli) to anyone. She works alone with no assistants. the office is clean, however, my experience with her service was really bad.



My first time to her office was for teeth cleaning, where I felt that she did a good job cleaning but she didn't realize that she was burning my lip with the motorized equipment that she was using.



My second time back was for several fillings. First, she drilled so deep into one of my fillings that my tooth cracked. She went ahead and filled it and told me that i might need to have a root canal down the road (which is indeed the result). She drilled into the side of my cheek with her drill and then again on the outside of my cheek with the same drill. She slipped both times. I was in the middle of a procedure and didn't know whether to run out of her office or sit tight and pray that she would complete the procedures safely.



Ultimately, she charged me full price regardless of her careless mistakes and never followed up to see if my wounds healed. I was crying in the patient chair and I will never forget how scared I was.



This is serious malpractice! Although I have forgiven her....I cannot forget the bad experience. I will forever be traumatized of the sight and sound of another dental drill.



So to Louise, please be more careful and try to treat your paying customers with a little more respect. I spent over $600.00 in that one visit. I hope that you are more careful with anyone that dares to step into your office.
