I've had the worst experience with this company. For starters, my dad passed away in Nov 2006 and I have yet to receive a pay out. I called my insurance agent the day after he passed away to find out what the next step towards receiving payment would be , sadly my agent told me the policy lapsed. (which was a lie) anyhow, my agent which at the time name was Perth Robertson who worked at the 1525 NW 167 st Miami, FL location. Not only did he lie about the policy being lapse, he also changed the name of the beneficiary on the policy. My dad had 6children,5 siblings and 2 grandchildren at the time. there is absolutely no way in holy-hell that he would have bypass his family for this unknown person that Mr. Robertson fraudulently added as a beneficiary. I called for wks, months and years to only get a chance to speak with cus ser reps that couldn't even get me connected to a live person in the corporate office. I'm still waiting on a fair chance to speak with the President of the company.
