TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ NO PRODUCT,NO REFUND- I ordered a pair of sandals months ago (WALK ON S(0058/WALK) Size 9/Brown ), was informed that they are out- I was given 3 choices: take a full refund, order a different size or color, or take an "Ondade Mar" credit that would be valid for a year. After attempting to simply order another size, I was informed they actually have NONE of the sandals in stock. Then asking for a full refund over a month ago, I have NEVER heard back from ANYONE, after several attempts. Maria Jimenez is impossible to get a reply from, as well as any other sales or customer service rep. TERRIBLE TERRBILE TERRIBLE.
