Dishonest Company. Dishonest Staff. Tourists are passed back. I bought on 21/10/2016 a T-MOBILE chip in the flat 50 dollars / month unlimited voice, message and internet. When requesting the chip the seller (a Brazilian bald man) asked for the cell phone to put the chip. So I asked that it was not to install the chip because it would only need it later (the plan starts of the activation). I found it strange that on payment he said that the plan was 50, plus the chip plus the taxes gave 75 dollars (I have the receipt without number) (that is, I had just arrived in the country and the guy tells me that 25 dollars are referential To CHIP and taxes). I just tried to activate the chip on 09/11/2016, when I rented a car, and I could not. I returned to the store the same day and they started with a story that I had BROKEN THE CHIP. But they ended up putting another. So I looked at the cell phone and realized that they had installed a LYCAMOBILE BRAND CHIP, that is, a LOWER carrier, and I have no idea what the plan was for them. I returned the store and they said that "in every cell phone appears something, now LYCAMOBILE, ORA T-MOBILE". He said he was going to the police, then they said "we can change". In the police they said that I needed to go to court. I have all the proofs of the negotiation. They ask the cell phone to put the CHIP so that the buyer does not see what he is putting. I wish I could give this 0 stars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. Incredibly scandalous middle eastern guys who will try to rip you off any chance they get. Do not put up with their lies. A scam of a business and should not be allowed to operate in this country!

These guys are SHADY! Went into this store to buy an apple part that was $20 on apple's website. Assuming, stupid on my part, that this was a reputable business I took it to the register. He rang it up, swiped my card, and handed me a creditcard slip to sign for $80. I refused to sign and asked why so much? He replied it was a genuine apple part. When I looked it up and showed him on my phone that Apple's MSRP is $20 he got angry. I refused to sign and asked him to reverse the charges. Then they claimed they didn't know how to do that. They faked a call to "the manager" and said I would have to come back tomorrow. I refused to leave and said every point of sale operator knows how to reverse a charge, how else would you handle a mistake? It was only when I threatened to call VISA that the guy at the other counter nodded to him and miraculously he remembered how to reverse a charge. SHADY!
