Purchased tickets 3 months in advance for an out of state sporting event. After at least a dozen phone calls I finally got my tickets the day before the event, and they weren't even the tickets I ordered. The website claims that they reserve the right to change tickets to "better" ones if the ones you ordered are not available; take it from me, "better" is very much subjective.



Another problem I had is that my credit card was actually charged more than my receipt showed. When I contacted them I was told that the website total "doesn't include all fees or shipping costs." I would love to take these people to small claims court for fraud, but it would cost me too much to get to court in their state; I think this is why they do business this way, they know they leave customers no choice but deal with their horrible service. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
